What did yall have for dinner..
I had.. about the equivalent of 9 beers.. then I had some kinda Ranch Bacon Chicken sammich thing from arby's with curly fries.. with melted cheddar on the side.. and a diet coke..(yeah yeah.. i shoulda sprung for a Dr Pepper)

WELL, I guess you'll ignore me again, but I had ..... nothing for dinner.
Except some chardonnay. Which I didn't have to chew.

only reason i had dinner.. was to absorb some alcohol.. it worked.. now im not seeing three of everything.. just seeing two of everything.. :lol2:

Lately I've been skipping dinner and I've lost about four lbs. Why didn't somebody tell me about this little trick?
No dinner last night and this a.m. only a Zone bar. My dad's making me a big turkey dinner tonight, though, and I got a NY cheesecake for dessert. Maybe I'll put the four back on.
