Have you ever walked down Rosecrans (Rosecrans & Mission, I believe) after about 10 PM?
Damn, those whores will straight-up grab your junk.
When I was just a young jarhead, my VW Bug ran out of gas around there.

I was stationed at Point Loma. I know the area well. You roll out a night a beers at Pacers, and they pratically jump you. Never into the whore thing myself, but my buddies used to have regulars come down the barracks (dorms really) every weekend.
