1. Users got registered but they can only post in a special section like "newcomers". let's say for two weeks or one month

2. After that probatory period users get access to posting in other area

3. that should stop the troll coming here. Ok less fun for our good ol' trolls but that's the price to pay.

Nahhh they just think they do. It's all good. If they bother you that much just use the ignore function. It works fairly well. They amuse me and constantly remind me of my superior intelligence quotient on a daily basis. :d

2nd on that they aren't that annoying they just pollute my visual space. Btw it's always nice to have a few tards in the class so you know that even if you do bad there is always the little timmy who do always REALLY bad
