thats soo true i feel sorry as well but lotta of them put themselves in those situations by drugs and crap like that..... or choose not to be educated. in california like a year back it was shown on the news that a guy was offered a job at ralphs cause he would panhandel everyday infront their store and he turned it down. sayin he didnt want to work.... other times u see people with signs like want money for food stuff like that i go buy them a burger and they say they want money instead.... u can see the money goes towards other things kinda sad....
