Without a doubt, this is my fave cartoon show. I can't eat while I watch it because I'm afraid I'll choke while laughing. Here are some of the better quotes.
Stewie: I was under the impression the name of the show was "Kids Say the Darndest Things," not "Old Black Comedians Never Shut the Hell Up."
Lois: Oh, I haven't been on a college campus in years. Everything seems so different.
Stewie: Really? Perhaps if you laid on your back with your ankels behind your ears that would ring a few bells.
Olivia: You are the weakest link, goodbye. (laughter)
Stewie: Ha ha ha! Oh gosh that's funny! That's really funny! Do you write your own material? Do you? Because that is so fresh. You are the weakest link goodbye. You know, I've, I've never heard anyone make that joke before. Hmm. You're the first. I've never heard anyone reference, reference that outside the program before. Because that's what she says on the show right? Isn't it? You are the weakest link goodbye. And, and yet you've taken that and used it out of context to insult me in this everyday situation. God what a clever, smart girl you must be, to come up with a joke like that all by yourself. That's so fresh too. Any, any Titanic jokes you want to throw at me too as long as we're hitting these phenomena at the height of their popularity. God you're so funny!
Stewie: Let me guess, you picked out yet another colorful box with a crank that I'm expected to turn and turn until OOP! big shock, a jack pops out and you laugh and the kids laugh and the dog laughs and I die a little inside.
Stewie: Well, I'd love to stay and chat, but you're a total bitch.
Peter: Oh my god, Brian, there's a message in my Alphabits. It says, 'Oooooo.'
Brian: Peter, those are Cheerios.
Peter: Excuse me, is your refrigerator running?
Because if it is, it probably runs like you - very homosexually.
[Quagmire sees a cheerleader tied up in a bathroom stall]
Quagmire: Dear diary: Jackpot.

Jimmy started watching it and I didn't. But, I couldn't help but wonder what all the knee-slapping laughter was about, so I watched. I'm glad I did. It's hilarious! Buy the DVD's. We own them and we've re-watched them several times.

The DvD sales were so high for the family guy that FOX bought the show again, and new episodes start in September.

i've only seen about 5 minutes of one episode, but i was way too high to even know what i saw before i passed out. can i get a season at a time or do i have to buy them all at once? not that it really matters, just asking.

There are two volumes. Seasons 1and2 and Season 3. I would suggest 1and2. Its the better of the two in my opinion. Also watching it high greatly enhances the shows quality, as long as you dont pass out

i always seem to mess up on the passing out part when it comes to weed. i'm a lightweight.

Maybe not naked jumping jacks but possibly skinny dipping would work.

Maybe....just maybe......I'm not sure.....but, if you just don't do it, then you wouldn't have to worry about....passing out.
