try to keep tabs and son't be afraid to consider counseling if it becomes a hindrance

Snarg, I do have OCD. There are quite a few things I do (that I won't list, because yall will call me crazy). I think I have it under control though. Except with my hands, I wash them so much, I have to always put lotion on cause they get really really dry.

if you think that it is interfering with your life, there are therapies that are effective
there are also new medications that have been having good results
if it is a chemical thing, ya might find some help through medication
it might be worth checking out
i worked with an older woman who made a lot of progress with a severe case of this disorder
