If you have a physical reacion then chances are there's a psychological reason why. I don't really have a physical reaction to piss or shit, I logically don't want to do it. Its dirty (bacteria loaded) and unsanitary, the same isn't true of semen. I don't "cum guzzle" but I certainly wouldn't turn down a kiss from a girl who had gone down on me.
