Running on land > >> running on treadmill. Doesn't even come close to comparing. So much a better workout.
I trained for my half marathon on the treadmill over the winter months and had a hell of a time catching up to the actual miles on the ground when it got warm.
Then I ran on the beach a couple times after the race and that is a whole other level I'm not ready for yet.

I totally agree, but there is no fucking way I am running outside in Minnesota until April.
