Yeah I am familiar with the modular style of building. Some of the dorms at A&M were built that way. A company I used to work for sort of started that trend back in the 60's or sometime whenever the world's fair was in San Antonio and they had to get some hotels built asap before the fair.
never heard of a concrete toilet though. but sounds legit to me.

i have wondered why home builders don't sink a precast concrete vault under the slab of new houses with an opening into a closet or some out of the way room to be used as a storm shelter during tornados. they would be easy to make and probably wouldn't cost more than a $3 or $4k to put in.

Toilets are usually steel.Almost look like ashtrays.Its just something you sit on to take a shit.No flush valves or running water.Theres a park near me with them.Stinks like crazy.
