Didn't Analhamster say he found out who hacked UJ from the IP and called the boy's mother. How can anybody do that if it just gives a nearby city?

I notice some of those porn pop-ups say find a girl in Rossville tonight. Sometimes it says Chattanooga. Sometimes St. Elmo or Kensington. All nearby but never the little city I live in.
