That's why I bought an old fixer-upper on a nice lot.
I bought my house for 98,000 in 2000.
I put a 50,000 dollars worth of rennovations/additions into it.
It was appraised a few months back for 280.
If I cashed out tomarrow I'd clear over 100gs

typical new home in my area. In a decent neighborhood. Granted you could pick up a row home intown for super cheap but you'd have to put up with hearing paco beat his old lady for fucking his dealer for more crack at 4am.

notice this place is simi-detached...it's the big movement around here now to keep housing costs down since land is at a premium.

to a point.In a real bad part of philly your dead.In Reading you might get beat up.Its like york, scranton etc, a bad area compared to the farm land around it.

Philly does have the nicest dealers....

I was going to a club venue and we decided to hit up south street. We got offered some skunk weed on numerious occassion. We turned'um down cause I gave up tok'in but they all said the same thing = No problem, meet anybody looking for the hook up send'um my way...Now that I'm thinking about it they were probly narcs...Confusedcratch:
